The Phlox Pink Azalea at Mize Azalea Garden in Historic Nacogdoches
"Phlox Pink" is an intricately shaped and variably shaded red to pink honeysuckle fragrant azalea in bed #27, Arabesque Plus, near the center of Mize Garden. You can see five "Phlox Pink" and ten or more low-growing brilliantly-red Shinnyo-no-Tsuki azaleas in Arabesque Plus from the arbor at one end. Here there is a maroon-leafed Japanese Maple Tree, "Beni Komanchi," and 3 heavy wooden benches arranged for viewing this area of the garden.
